As the only regenerative medicine company that offers a differentiated portfolio of allograft and xenograft biomaterials at scale, Evergen is headquartered in Alachua, FL, and has manufacturing facilities in West Lafayette, IN., Eden Prairie and Glencoe, MN., Neunkirchen, DE., Glasgow, UK., and Marton, NZ.ResponsibilitiesSupervises hourly staff including scheduling and PTO approval, hiring, training, performance management, and corrective actionsEvaluates the overall performance of the assigned team and creates and documents team metricsInterfaces with Operations Management Team regarding production needs and challenges as well as individual and group performanceEnsures all operations are performed safely, promotes safe work practices and behaviors, and conducts safety auditsDrives containment and investigation through the quality system of non-conformances using system tools and data analysisSets priorities for meeting production commitments with the input from planning departmentOversees training of processors and adherence to new, current, and updated standard operating proceduresEnsures processors have tools and equipment to complete their jobsAssists in ensuring new product launches are resourced and completed on timeSupports front-line quality checks and assists processors in ensuring all processes are completed within the set requirementsEnsures all required processes such as daily cleaning, environmental sampling, and more, are completed and provides regular feedback to operators on results to improve performanceCollaborates with processors and engineers to improve the department's output and cycle time to improve the overall operationsSupport other shifts, departments, and on-call coverageOther duties as assignedRequirementsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience2+ years of experience in functional area0-2 years of leadership experienceCertificationAATB CTBS preferredSkillsExcellent verbal and written communicationProblem solving methodologiesMicrosoft Office SuiteQuality Management System (QMS) softwareEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) softwareTravelN/ASafetyPhysical RequirementMove or lift objects up to 25 poundsFrequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displaysFrequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.)Working EnvironmentOnsite: Office environment with assigned workstationRemote positions only: Home office environment with minimal distractions
