This will be a permanent, onsite role in a distribution center environment. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience leading a team of non-exempt teammates in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics environment. They should have experience developing and measuring performance and process improvements. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of direct experience leading a team in manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics. Experience developing and measuring performance and process improvements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Promoting productivity, health, and safety through personal leadership to ensure excellence in warehouse operations. Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and thorough follow-through. Modeling and encouraging behaviors that foster inclusion and teamwork. Using performance data to drive productivity, improve service, and enhance operations and logistics. Controlling labor costs. Driving continual improvement processes to make operations more effective, simple, and flexible. Simplifying standard work, eliminating defects, and engaging all team members in improvement processes. Communicating performance trends and improvements to organizational leadership. Executing against department, facility, and corporate goals with high accuracy and timeliness. Monitoring inventory levels across regions, maintaining updated systems, records, and reports. Reporting on inventory discrepancies, aging work orders, cycle counts, and WIP. Coordinating project planning, scheduling, budgeting, development, implementation, and control.
