The company is committed to delivering top-quality guided tours in some of the most iconic destinations in the United States. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Operations Supervisor at PINK Adventure Tours located in Tusayan, AZ. The Tour Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Tour Guides and Customer Service Representatives, ensuring the efficiency of tour scheduling, logistics, and staff supervision. Responsibilities include coordinating team activities, mentoring staff, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining high service standards. The individual will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure safety and an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively Experience in Operations and Operations Management, including coordinating daily schedules and managing logistics Solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement opportunities Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective collaboration and team interaction Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under dynamic and time-sensitive conditions Knowledge of the tourism or travel industry is considered an advantage Bachelor’s degree in business, recreation, hospitality management, or a related field preferred Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced outdoor environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
