Overview:
Lead a mixed operations team of forklift operators and production/assembly associates supporting manufacturing and order fulfillment activities. Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, and Engineering to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time execution.
Job Duties:
- Supervise daily workflows for material movement, production support, and assembly operations
- Lead and schedule forklift operators and production/assembly line employees
- Plan labor and materials to meet production and delivery requirements
- Set productivity standards and monitor performance
- Ensure order accuracy, final inspection, labeling, and documentation
- Enforce safety programs, equipment standards, and housekeeping expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams on schedules, shortages, and priorities
- Support inventory control, lot tracking, and returns/rework
- Train, coach, and develop hourly associates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operations
- Experience leading forklift operators and production/assembly teams
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
