With a commitment to reliability, safety, and sustainability, we’re seeking a driven and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee field operations at our Halfway, NM location. The Job:Lead and supervise oilfield waste management and environmental field services operations.Oversee heavy equipment usage, construction projects, and landfill operations to ensure efficiency.Establish and implement short-term and long-term action plans in collaboration with division leadership.Conduct P&L reviews, optimize labor and material costs, and ensure optimal equipment utilization.Ensure strict compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.Maintain customer service excellence, facility upkeep, and operational integrity.Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
