Operations Supervisor Apply
Position Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that established goals, standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved. This role supports operational excellence by developing team members, maintaining compliance with safety and procedural standards, and fostering collaboration across departments.
Essential Functions

Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure performance goals, standards, and KPIs are met.

Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, operational policies, and standard procedures.

Coach, mentor, and develop team members to promote accountability, skill growth, and engagement.

Track and analyze KPIs and operational metrics, reporting results and identifying areas for improvement.

Reallocate resources and adjust priorities to meet workload demands and maintain productivity.

Review and approve timesheets, time-off requests, and other employee documentation.

Administer corrective actions as needed for performance, attendance, or policy violations.

Collaborate with departments such as Production, Quality, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory to ensure workflow efficiency and effective problem resolution.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience

Proven ability to manage performance, hold individuals accountable, and drive results through KPIs.

Strong understanding of operational processes in one or more areas (e.g., Production, Quality, Shipping, or Inventory).

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.

3–5 years of supervisory experience in an operational or manufacturing environment preferred.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

This is a salaried position; while overtime is not standard, occasional extended hours may be required to meet operational needs.
