This individual will design and develop engineering standards and tests to evaluate the function of products and systems. They will also develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards. Travel: 10% Clearance: An Active Secret Clearance is required for this position. Requirements: Eight (8) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems. Responsibilities: Subject will be responsible for EW system software testing of government owned systems that interface with multiple subsystems, EW systems, as well as AEGIS and SSDS combat systems. Subject will be responsible for the development, integration, and execution of test cases and test procedures for the prescribed systems. With time, provide SME support in this role from a testing facet. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with LinuxFamiliarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information OperationsExperience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferencesDemonstrated work experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and CapabilitiesKnowledge of systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, Developmental and Operational T&EAgile methodology Education:  A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university is preferred Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 (Please see below for more info on salary)  Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.   The projected annual compensation range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.    Benefits: At SimVentions, we’re committed to supporting the total well-being of our employees and their families.
