The Operator I is responsible for assembling, testing, and repairing high-quality medical devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Working under close supervision, the operator performs routine tasks following standardized procedures and ensures all documentation, safety, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities-
Assemble and test medical device components according to specifications.

Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.

Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written/verbal instructions.

Good manual dexterity for handling small components.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

Must comply with strict cleanroom attire: non-shedding, lint-free clothing, no jewelry, makeup, nail polish, or loose garments.

Closed-toe, low-heeled shoes and full coverage of arms and legs required.

Head coverings and gowns must meet cleanroom standards.
