Pay: $ 40/hr on W2
Duration: Fulltime/Direct hire
Shift: M-F 6am-2pm. Must be flexible to work on Saturdays and overtime as required by the client

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both electrical and mechanical systems and be able to work flexible shifts. Key responsibilities include maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing bakery equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment breakdowns.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and equipment failures.
- Utilize electrical and mechanical knowledge to efficiently diagnose and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in machine repair and maintenance.
- Work flexible shifts to meet operational needs.
- Quickly adapt to new machinery and equipment.
- Prioritize safety by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
Position Requirements:
- Bilingual-Spanish. Must read, write and speak fluent Spanish and English.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, with a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a second shift and adapt to changing schedules.
- A desire to learn and work with various machinery and equipment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Technical degree or electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in Spanish and English.
Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial setting.
