Learning Systems Institute

Responsibilities


A staff assistant will support the PreK-2 assessment project at LSI. The primary duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Revise the existing assessment items using the new Articulate Storyline 360 template.
Add/edit xAPI statements and JavaScript for LMS/LRS reporting.
Edit images and audio as needed using Adobe Creative Cloud and Storyline 360 tools.
Conduct personal quality assurance (QA) checks and revisions before sharing with SMEs and instructional design reviewers.
Utilize Google Sheets to view, check out, track, and update tasks online.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Demonstrates proficiency using Storyline 360 authoring software.
  • Proficiently uses graphics applications including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or their equivalent.
  • Proficiently uses audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity).
  • Proficiently uses office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree or higher.
  • Experience in JavaScript programming.
  • Experience or education related to Instructional Design and/or Assessment Development.

This job is for 20 hours a week, Monday - Friday with a flexible schedule.
