We’re seeking an Ops Technical Specialist join our stellar team! You would be responsible for supporting daily Fed settlement activities across BDC, ICI, BPS, and RTTM, including reconciling cash and position breaks, monitoring funding requirements, and resolving trade exceptions. Partners with trade desks and clients to manage fails, unmatched trades, wire processing, and payment execution, ensuring accurate and timely settlements in a deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Support daily Fed activities in systems such as BDC, ICI, BPS and RTTM Communicate and work effectively with client support and trade desk on given tasks Reconcile cash and position breaks both in ICI and recons Monitor and complete all funding requirements both intraday and EOD Monitor and action daily error ques in ICI such as FUR, TUR, CTRG and CSCS Process, agree and execute payment (incoming or outgoing) on all daily reprice and pair off figures Manage and communicate fail and short position directly with both outright and repo desk Identify and communicate on all unmatched settlement trades (AMAT) Work hand in hand with client on wire process, settlement priority, and other daily requests Pull and save daily reporting from both RTTM and BDC Communicate amount difference/uncompared FICC trades with trade desk Qualifications 5+ years of Fed Settlements experience Bachelor's degree/equivalent experience A driven individual who is looking for self and process improvement A willing learner who is open to new ideas and concepts Ability to meet and deliver positive work on strict deadlines Ability to strengthen bonds and communicate effectively and clearly with both colleagues and clients Self-motivated individual who wants to push themselves towards excellence A responsible and reliable person personally and professionally ION, IMPACT, BDC, FICC, BPS and MBSE experience as a benefit Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $100k-$110k. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
