U.S. Vision is looking for an Optical Helpline Associate to join our team out of the corporate office in Blackwood, NJ!

 

Schedule:  Monday- Friday, 9:30 am -6:00 pm

Pay: $16.00

What You’ll Do:

  • Serves customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintains customer records by updating information as it occurs.

Requirements

What You Need:

• 1+ years’ experience working in a customer service capacity. Experience in a call center preferred

• High school diploma or GED

• Computer Skills - Must possess beginner skill level in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Highly organized and a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships and engage in teamwork.

• May be required to work early or late, depending on events and business needs.
