Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has openings for an Outpatient Physical Therapist(PT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Assignment Start Date: 1/6/2025

13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 hours per week guaranteed

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This is an outpatient orthopedic position; the primary caseload is adults and older adults. Enjoy 45-minute treatment times, professional camaraderie, and a supportive and dynamic therapy environment. We have a newly remodeled and well-equipped outpatient facility located on the campus of a 16-bed critical access hospital. NOTE: This is a 13-week contract, but the manager is very interested in applicants who are willing to extend it to 26 weeks, if possible.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• A current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license is required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS/BCLS is required.

EMR System: EPIC experience desired

Shift: Days (0800-1630) no weekends
