13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 hours per week guaranteed

This is an outpatient orthopedic position; the primary caseload is adults and older adults. Enjoy one-on-one 45-minute treatment times and professional camaraderie in a supportive and dynamic therapy environment. We have a newly remodeled and well-equipped outpatient facility located on the campus of a 16-bed critical access hospital.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- A current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license is required upon submission.
- Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS/BCLS is required.
EMR System: EPIC experience desired
Shift: Days (0800-1630) no weekends
