13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 hours with 32 hours guaranteed weekly

Experience:
- New Grad is okay.
- SNF Experience preferred
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Must have a current and unencumbered License to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of OR
EMR System: Experience preferred
Shift: Monday-Friday, Days
Vaccination: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date.
