- Primary Function
- Support Current MES systems Known as AMS (Assembly Management system)
- AMS Back-shop implementation & Hyper care support after implementation
- Real time support for any shop floor issues for multiple application likes AMS, VKS, BomView & Label Printing, Sequencing & Management dashboards.
- Develop solutions to reduce dependency from old MS-Access Based application.
- Monitor, configure and resolve ERP MES integration issues
(Integration between AMS and Oracle)
- Identify requirements, plan and execute rollout of AMS system to multiple lines and back-shop areas, Such as process mapping, Routing analysis, Label design etc.
- Project Management support for additional on going/Future state IT projects
- Overall involvement in Design, build, Test & Implementation of different project
- Co ordinate with IT support teams Fujitsu/birlasoft for any managed application support issues related to Wip extract, Wip completion or Dataplate printing from oracle.
- Multi Site support as needed for AMS Issues.
- Analysis for future capability roll outs (Immediate focus AMS backshop departments)
- Learnings and Usage
- Oracle EBS, PL/SQL
- MES system Technical and functional knowledge of the AMS(MES) system used at Daikin
- Ticketing system Service now
- Label printing Cipher/Skip Jack
- Knowledge and support on Daikin PMO process
- AMS Oracle Integration process
- In-depth understanding of Daikin business process
