Role: Oracle Cloud ERP Analyst (Finance & SCM)

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)

Duration : 12 months on W2

Experience: 3 5 years

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Analyst to provide L1 functional and technical support for Finance and SCM modules in a client-facing onsite role.

Responsibilities:

• Support Oracle Cloud ERP users, handle incidents, service requests, and basic fixes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions.
• Perform initial troubleshooting, reproduce issues, collect logs, and escalate to L2 when needed.
• Assist with user access/role provisioning and basic training.
• Track tickets in ITSM tools and maintain knowledge-base updates.

Requirements:

• 3 5 years supporting Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance/SCM).
• Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP, OIC).
• Basic SQL for data checks; experience with ServiceNow/Jira.
• Strong communication and customer-support skills.
• ITIL or Oracle certifications are a plus.
