• 10+ years of Functional experience in Oracle Finance Cloud with experience in Support and implementation.
• Should have hands-on experience in Oracle Account Receivables Cloud Modules, General Ledger , Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash managements, Taxations, Country Specific Localizations.
• Provide Functional & technical expertise in the troubleshooting of the Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Augment the client's business systems support staff in providing support for both on and off hours as well as weekend support.
• Respond to and resolve priority incidents/tickets. Provide status and process area updates.
• Validates prioritization and categorization of tickets, changes, and enhancements with the business.
• Maintain close coordination with IT and business owners and work with leads to balance workload across resources/Fusion ERP Cloud application.
• Facilitate user acceptance and validation of functionality with the business.
• Identify areas for process improvement2, automation.
