Position Overview Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant – Contract Location: Hybrid remote (Bristow, VA 20136) | Salary: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour | Hours: 40 per week Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits. Collaborate with clients to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle Cloud platform. Configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM features using available tools and APIs to meet unique organizational needs. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. Provide comprehensive training and support to client HR teams, enabling smooth adoption and ongoing system utilization. Assist in integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with existing IT infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or on-premises systems through APIs and middleware solutions. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, test cases, and project progress to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Proven experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules within a cloud environment. Prior exposure to other cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is highly desirable. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows/Linux), databases (SQL), and programming languages such as Java or Python. Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies such as Agile. Knowledge of IT management concepts including DevOps practices for continuous integration/deployment and system automation. Hands‑on experience working with APIs for system integrations and data exchange between Oracle Cloud HCM and other enterprise applications. Additional Information Occasionally travel to VA/MD or DC when needed; candidates willing to relocate are also acceptable.
