We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll, Fast Formulas, and HCM Tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules to ensure smooth payroll operations and seamless integration across HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and related modules.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, absence management, and eligibility rules.
• Perform end-to-end Payroll processing, testing, and validation in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Design and implement HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and HDL data loads.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to identify and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Payroll processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards and Oracle best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM with a focus on Payroll.
• Strong hands-on experience in Fast Formula development and HCM Tools.
• Expertise in Payroll processing, element setup, costing, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher Reports.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support business-critical payroll operations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
