Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant
Location: Morris Plains, NJ
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
- 12 Years of techno functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong knowledge of Core HR Celebrate Absence Management
- Create BIP OTBI FDI reports in Oracle HCM
- Knowledge of OIC to facilitate integration analysis and design
- Functional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables
- Review of functional design, functional testing, functional configuration, review integration testing, reports validation, data conversion & validation Testing
- Experience to Perform testing and coordinate with users to perform testing
- Conduct training sessions for users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications
- Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios
- Executing test cases in DEV and SIT
- Documenting test results
- Reporting test results
- Data Conversion
- Perform data validation
- Good understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion Integrations
- Experience to perform interface Impact Analysis
- Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis
- End-to-End Integration testing
- Ability to drive technical design sessions for integrations
- Provide support in training on all HCM modules
