Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise HR systems, with strong Oracle HCM Cloud exposure.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM architectural or lead consultant roles.
• Demonstrated experience with multiple full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement.

Work Site: Plymouth, PA

Duration: 6+ Months
