We are seeking a high-caliber Oracle DBA to drive database design, solution delivery, and support in a mission-critical environment. You will lead innovations in Oracle RAC 19c, cloud migrations (OCI/ExaCC), and high-availability architecture.

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid Downtown)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite several days per week)

Key Technical Requirements

• Oracle Expertise: 8+ years as an Oracle DBA, with at least 4 years specifically on 19c.
• Platform: 5+ years of experience in an AIX (7.x+) operating system environment.
• High Availability: Deep expertise in Oracle RAC, Active Data Guard (ADG), and Data Guard Broker.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: 2+ years with ExaCC/OCI (Resource provisioning, ZDM migration, Observability).
• Security: Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Advanced Security (ASO): TDE, Data Redaction, VPD, and Unified Auditing.
• Backup & Recovery: Mastery of RMAN (cloning, restore/recovery) and ACFS snapshot cloning.
• Replication: Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate 19c or higher.
• Performance: Advanced Tuning for OLTP and Data Warehouse environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage n-node clusters and 19c container/pluggable databases.
• Lead database migrations using ZDM, GoldenGate, and RMAN.
• Execute Schema/Table level refreshes via Data Pump (EXPDP/IMPDP).
• Develop complex Shell, SQL, and PL/SQL scripts for automation.
• Administer Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c for monitoring and alerts.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check.
• Must reside in or relocate to the Columbus, OH area for hybrid onsite work.
