Job Description:

12+ years in Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Oracle EBS modules along with functional business process knowledge. The role involves both project implementation and support, requiring a deep understanding of Oracle EBS functionalities, and the ability to customize and configure systems to align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.

Configure and customize Oracle EBS modules according to the project needs.

Provide technical support for Oracle EBS applications by troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that system configurations meet business objectives.

Develop and maintain documentation on Oracle EBS processes, customizations, and configurations.

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades for the Oracle EBS environment.

Develop and execute testing plans to ensure successful deployment of Oracle EBS solutions.

Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new applications or features.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle EBS with other systems.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in Oracle EBS implementation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 12 years of experience working with Oracle EBS in a techno-functional role.

Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HRMS, or CRM.

Proficiency in Oracle technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and Workflow Builder.

Experience with Oracle EBS R12 is highly preferred.

Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system functionality.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience with Oracle EBS data conversion and integration.

Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.

Oracle certifications are a plus.
