JOB DESCRIPTION The Oracle ERP/SCM Analyst will be the primary liaison and executor for requirements gathering and Agile process management within our Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This role will focus on driving the successful definition, documentation, and delivery of enhancements for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems. This position combines deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion with demonstrated experience leading and executing daily Agile ceremonies and workflows within Azure DevOps. RESPONSIBILITIES Detailed Requirements Definition: Elicit, analyze, and meticulously document complex technical and functional requirements for Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM enhancements, integrations, and reports. Business Requirement Translation: Convert detailed technical designs and system capabilities into clear, concise business requirements and user stories. Facilitate Sign-off: Responsible for compiling requirements and obtaining necessary formal sign-off from relevant business process owners and leadership/Product Owners. Azure DevOps Management: Lead and execute the full Agile/Scrum process utilizing Azure DevOps as the primary driver, specifically: Sprint Management: Facilitating and driving sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Backlog Execution Support: Assisting the Product Owner (or leadership) with the continuous refinement and grooming of the product backlog to ensure stories are ready for development. Requirements Refinement: Serving as the dedicated facilitator for requirement refinement sessions between business stakeholders and development teams. Meeting Leadership: Proactively lead and manage requirements gathering sessions and internal team status updates. Clear Communication of Team Roadblocks: Act as the central point of contact for the development team. Proactively identify, articulate, and elevate “stuck” points, roadblocks, and critical project challenges to leadership (the hiring manager) for resolution. Roadmap Collaboration: Assist leadership with input, data, and detailed documentation to support roadmap planning and prioritization efforts. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business users, functional leaders (Finance, Operations, SCM, etc.), and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective requirement flow. Leadership Alignment: Communicate effectively with leadership regarding the execution status of the backlog and sprint commitments. Other duties may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education, Training, Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience, required. Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements 5+ years of hands‑on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud (or similar Tier‑1 ERP systems) with a strong focus on ERP (e.g., Financials, Procurement) and SCM (e.g., Inventory, Order Management) modules, highly preferred. 5+ years experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment. Expert‑level proficiency in driving and managing the SDLC using Azure DevOps (or similar tools like Jira), highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to proactively drive processes, facilitate meetings, and manage requirements documentation without requiring final decision‑making authority. Communication Skills Ability to interact with senior management to map business priorities to IT needs, as well as in various settings such as steering committees, and presentations. Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English with employees and customers. Systems And Software Skills Ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office, required. Experience with various applications such as SharePoint, ERP, LMS, and Commercial systems, required. Cloud infrastructure, required. Other Qualifications Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required. Occasional travel required up to 20%. Must be able to comply with Summit’s Drug and Alcohol Policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreements.
