The candidate will support implementation, configuration, and optimization of retail merchandising and financial reconciliation processes.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and support MFCS, RTM, and REIM modules in Oracle Retail environments.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand merchandising, trade management, and invoice matching processes.Configure system setups related to vendors, items, promotions, and trade agreements.Support invoice matching, discrepancy resolution, and financial reconciliation using REIM.Ensure proper integration between MFCS, RTM, REIM, and other retail systems.Participate in system testing, UAT support, and production deployments.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions.Prepare documentation and support enhancements for existing implementations.Required SkillsHands-on experience with MFCS (Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service).Experience with RTM (Retail Trade Management) processes and configurations.Experience with REIM (Retail Invoice Matching) including invoice processing and discrepancy resolution.Strong understanding of retail merchandising and financial processes.Knowledge of vendor management, promotions, trade agreements, and invoice reconciliation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with other Oracle Retail modules such as Pricing, RMS, or RIB.Experience in retail implementation or support projects.Knowledge of Oracle Retail Cloud architecture and integrations.Experience5+ years of experience in Oracle Retail solutions.3+ years working with MFCS, RTM, or REIM modules.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
