Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Expenses Functional Consultant to lead an end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Expenses across four (4) countries. The consultant will work closely with business users, finance stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver a scalable, compliant, and user-friendly expenses solution.

This role requires strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials Expenses, experience with global implementations, and hands-on leadership across discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Expenses for a multi-country rollout.
• Conduct discovery sessions and functional workshops with finance, accounting, and business users to gather and document requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions aligned with business processes and Oracle best practices.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Expenses including expense categories, policies, approval workflows, auditing rules, and validations.
• Lead and manage CRP, SIT, and UAT phases, ensuring functional completeness and business sign-off.
• Design and lead major integrations with corporate credit card providers and third-party expense systems.
• Oversee data loads and conversions into Oracle Fusion Expenses, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using Oracle tools (FBDI, REST APIs, OIC) and validate functional outcomes.
• Work closely with QA teams to define test scenarios, review test results, and resolve defects.
• Provide post go-live support, stabilization, and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
• Prepare and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Expenses
• Solid background in Oracle Fusion Financials
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle Expenses implementations
• Experience with multi-country / global rollouts
• Hands-on experience integrating with credit card companies
• Strong knowledge of CRP, SIT, UAT, and production cutover
• Ability to work directly with business users and finance stakeholders
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, and REST APIs
• Exposure to tax, policy compliance, and audit requirements across multiple countries
• Prior experience leading QA efforts for Oracle Fusion Expenses
• Oracle Fusion certification (preferred)
