Total Rewards Analyst/Compensation Sr. Consultant As a Compensation Sr. Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and hands-on support for our Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud module. This contract role is ideal for a seasoned compensation professional with deep knowledge of compensation processes and systems, particularly Oracle Compensation Cloud. You will collaborate closely with the Total Rewards team and People Business Partners to ensure smooth execution of compensation programs and system operations. • Serve as the lead consultant for Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud support, configuration, and troubleshooting. • Partner with Total Rewards and People Business Partners to address complex compensation matters and deliver system-enabled solutions. • Support compensation planning cycles, including testing, validation, and deployment of Oracle Compensation Cloud functionality. • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and Oracle Fusion compensation tool bug fixes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compensation workflows and user experience. • Deliver training, documentation, and support to stakeholders and end-users. • Apply advanced knowledge to improve compensation operations and drive process efficiencies. • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. • 8–10 years of relevant experience in compensation, including system implementation and support. • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud is required. • Certified Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud is preferred. • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with compensation modeling and reporting. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to solve complex problems and influence cross-functional teams.
