An Oracle Fusion cutover manager is responsible for transitioning an organization from an old system to a new system using Oracle Fusion. This involves managing the transfer of data, processes, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Risk assessment: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the cutover process
• Timeline management: Ensure the cutover process aligns with project goals and is completed on time
• Deliverable management: Ensure all deliverables are met
• Dry runs: Facilitate dry runs and rehearsals to validate processes and readiness
• Data migration: Collaborate with technical teams on data migration and validation efforts
• Stakeholder management: Manage relationships with Oracle, third-party vendors, and steering committees
• Budget management: Own the project budget
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to steering committees
• Integration management: Build and manage integrations
• Skills Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation, Strong communication skills, Ability to set expectations, Ability to build and maintain relationships, and Ability to motivate others
