Job Description: The Oracle Fusion EPM Program Lead will serve as the internal owner and governance authority for Oracle Fusion EPM implementation initiatives. This role is responsible for managing scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
As an Oracle Fusion EPM Program Lead, you will oversee solution architecture and design proposed by implementation partners across Oracle EPM modules including Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDMCS. You will ensure that designs meet business needs and align with enterprise architecture and data strategy.
The Oracle Fusion EPM Program Lead will ensure that wholesale distribution specific requirements such as inventory valuation, freight allocation, rebates, and SKU-level profitability are fully incorporated into EPM models and reporting structures. You will work closely with finance, supply chain, and operations teams to validate assumptions and outcomes.
In this role, the Oracle Fusion EPM Program Lead will manage integration strategy and execution between Oracle EPM and upstream/downstream systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, WMS/TMS platforms, and external data sources. You will monitor risks, manage escalations, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
The Oracle Fusion EPM Program Lead will also drive governance, change control, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions are scalable, auditable, and ready for long-term enterprise use.
Key Responsibilities: -
Act as internal lead for Oracle Fusion EPM implementation projects

Manage project scope, milestones, timelines, and delivery commitments

Enforce project governance, change control, and compliance standards

Conduct regular status reviews, risk assessments, and escalation management

Validate solution architecture across Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDMCS

Ensure alignment with wholesale distribution finance and profitability requirements

Oversee integration strategy between EPM, ERP, and external data platforms

Coordinate with system integrators, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders

Support data governance, master data alignment, and reconciliation processes

Ensure documentation standards for design, testing, and deployment artifacts

Facilitate workshops, design reviews, UAT sessions, and leadership readouts

Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives
Desirable / Additional Skills: -
Experience supporting payroll processing for US and Mexico associates using SAP HCM, ECP, or SuccessFactors

Ability to gather business requirements, create functional specifications, and support solution deployment

Experience working with SAP technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Knowledge of company structures, position management, and employee data configuration

Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management tools such as RCM, ONB, and Kronos

Experience configuring business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, and notifications
Qualifications: -
6 8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion EPM or related enterprise performance management platforms
