We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Financials & SAP LE Functional Consultant to join our team. This role will involve leading enterprise financial and logistics system implementations with a strong emphasis on wholesale distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, SAP ERP Logistics Execution (LE), cross-functional ERP integration, and regulatory compliance, along with a passion for building scalable and efficient finance and supply chain solutions.
Job Title: Oracle Fusion Financials & SAP LE Functional Consultant Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (On-site / Hybrid) Duration: 6 Months (Contract) Rate/Salary: Not Disclosed Job Description: The Oracle Fusion Financials & SAP LE Functional Consultant will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial modules while ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP Logistics Execution for inbound and outbound logistics processes.
As an Oracle Fusion Financials & SAP LE Functional Consultant, you will configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, and Expenses, driving automation and efficiency in invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and inventory valuation.
The Oracle Fusion Financials & SAP LE Functional Consultant collaborates closely with supply chain, inventory, and operations teams to align financial processes with wholesale distribution requirements such as landed cost, rebates, freight allocation, vendor funding, and margin analysis across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles.
In this role, the Oracle Fusion Financials & SAP LE Functional Consultant ensures financial systems comply with GAAP, SOX, and internal audit requirements, while maintaining accurate documentation for configurations, testing, integrations, and change management activities.
The Oracle Fusion Financials & SAP LE Functional Consultant also facilitates business workshops, UAT sessions, and end-user training, supporting adoption, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities: -
Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and system upgrades

Configure chart of accounts, accounting rules, approval workflows, and payment terms

Integrate Oracle Financials with SAP ERP Logistics Execution (Inbound & Outbound)

Align financial processes with wholesale distribution operations and inventory valuation

Support landed cost calculations, freight allocation, rebates, and SKU-level margin analysis

Drive automation and optimization in AP, AR, close, and reporting processes

Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external consultants

Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and audit standards

Maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and change control artifacts

Support financial reporting and distribution-specific performance metrics

Participate in cutover planning, go-live support, and post-implementation enhancements
Desirable / Additional Skills: -
Experience with third-party financial supply chain tools such as HighRadius, Blackline, TM1, Concur, Kyriba, or Vertex

Payroll processing experience for US and Mexico associates using SAP HCM, ECP, or SuccessFactors

Ability to gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications

Experience working with SAP technical teams for end-to-end solution delivery

Knowledge of employee data management, recruitment, onboarding, and Kronos time management

Experience configuring workflows, business rules, role-based permissions, and integrations
Qualifications: -
6 8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and SAP ERP environments
