Role: Oracle Fusion HCM- Compensation -Functional Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC

Onsite Needed.

Note: This is a full-time position with benefits, not open for C2C opportunities. Applicants should be authorized to work in the United States without any need for visa sponsorship.

Job Responsibility.

Preferred candidates will have previous experience Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Functional Lead and related areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare the functional design.
  • Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation
  • Knowledge of Absence and Compensation will be desired
  • Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested
  • Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
  • Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Compensation.
  • Experience in Implementing Payroll and Absence will be desired.
  • Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.

Required Skills

  • Should have at least 2 Implementation experience in Compensation for Global Company across Multiple Geographies
  • Should have deep expertise in Base Salary, Compensation Review Cycle, Total Compensation and Individual Compensation Plan
  • Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects .
  • Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation

Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Functional Lead with an experience of 6+ years.
  • Bachelor's or Master s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Active Certifications in the Compensation module will be desired
