Role: Oracle Fusion HCM- Compensation -Functional Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC
Onsite Needed.

Job Responsibility.
Preferred candidates will have previous experience Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Functional Lead and related areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare the functional design.
- Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation
- Knowledge of Absence and Compensation will be desired
- Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested
- Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
- Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Compensation.
- Experience in Implementing Payroll and Absence will be desired.
- Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.
Required Skills
- Should have at least 2 Implementation experience in Compensation for Global Company across Multiple Geographies
- Should have deep expertise in Base Salary, Compensation Review Cycle, Total Compensation and Individual Compensation Plan
- Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects .
- Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation
Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Functional Lead with an experience of 6+ years.
- Bachelor's or Master s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
- Active Certifications in the Compensation module will be desired
