Position: Oracle Fusion Plan to Produce (P2P) Solution and Implementation Lead

Location: Blair, NE (Onsite from day one)

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, rolling out, and supporting Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules is required.
• Ability to configure Oracle Fusion P2P modules in accordance with the client's business needs, organizational structure, and specific industry demands.
• Proficiency in areas like Product Information Management (PIM), Inventory Management, Demand and Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Global Order Promising, and Production Scheduling is essential.
• Strong expertise in Plan-to-Produce processes tailored to manufacturing sectors, particularly heavy equipment industries.
• Significant experience with Oracle Discrete Manufacturing is necessary.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop functional design documents, and ensure smooth handoff to technical teams for development, testing, and deployment in the P2P cycle.
• Must have experience providing production support, updating configurations, and managing testing and deployments to production environments.
• Responsible for testing the Oracle system and related processes.
• Provide training to clients on how to effectively use customized and standard Oracle P2P solutions.
• Should be able to independently manage and resolve user issues based on service level agreements.
• Offer recommendations for system upgrades, scalability improvements, or other enhancements.
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide support to the on-site team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
