Introduction:

Our client is engaging in services through consultants to provide Enterprise Resource Planning and Support Service s(ERPS) for Oracle-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.

The consultant for this engagement will participate in the upgrade and migration of our on-prem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Oracle PeopleSoft (PS) Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) application to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Oracle Fusion (OF). The consultant will also participate in the upgrade of our on-prem ERP PS Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) application and associates' tools such as PeopleTools, etc. This includes collaborating with the implementation of business capabilities and functions are working as designed in the SaaS Oracle Fusion product and the PS Financials' on-prem application.

Project Scope/Deliverable Tasks:

Deliverable 1 - Providing technical leadership and guidance:

The consultant's primary responsibilities will include:

1. Providing technical leadership and guidance: The consultant will be tasked with providing both overarching leadership and specific technical expertise. Their role will involve guiding, mentoring, and leading the combined team in all technical aspects related to the projects. Use a collaborative approach to ensure that our team aligns with best practices, effectively navigates challenges, and adheres to the highest standards set by Client.

2. Collaborate with implementation partners: The consultant will liaise and work with the selected implementation partners. In tandem with them, the consultant's role includes, ensuring that their work aligns with Client's standards, goals, and requirements, and validating the quality and correctness of their tasks.

3. Analyzing the Current PeopleSoft Setup: Thoroughly assess Client's existing setup to pinpoint potential challenges and plan for a smooth transition.

4. Assist in Facilitating Data Mapping and Transformation: Aid in defining, directing, and validating the data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

5. Provide Training and Knowledge Transfer to State Staff: Educate Client's state team on Oracle Fusion HCM and PeopleSoft On-prem functionalities, ensuring they are equipped to manage and use the new platform effectively. This includes hands-on training, and documentation, enabling Client's staff to become self-reliant and knowledgeable.

6. Provide Post-Migration Support: Offer guidance and troubleshooting support post-migration to ensure system stability, efficiency, and user adaptability.

Analysis, Design, and Development

Provide development support for customer[1]requested features and functionality for ERPS.

- Ensure smooth and efficient development support for customer requested features.

- Enhance the stability and reliability of the Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM applications.

- Collaborate with the ERPS team and business users to analyze and design solutions for customer requested features.

-Assist with deploying fixes in test and production environments. -Perform data cleanup activities.

Implementation, Testing and Support

Assist the ERPS team with tasks related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and Oracle PeopleSoft application.

- Ensure smooth and efficient implementation activities for customer requested features.

- Collaborate with other SMEs and vendor to align efforts.

- Support the ERPS team and actively participate in the various stages of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.

- Review and validate fixes deployed by developers in production environments.

- Assist with functional testing to validate business and technical capabilities.

- Actively participate in discussions, working sessions, and meetings with SMEs and other vendor resources.

Scope of work Requirement:

1. Must have ten years developing data achieve strategies and implementations for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.

2. Must have minimum of ten years providing technical expertise in consolidation and migration of data to new cloud-based platforms.

3. Must have ten years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud products and SaaS.

4. Must have ten years of experience supporting Oracle databases and related infrastructure.
