Oracle Fusion Technical Architect Apply
Roles/Responsibilities:
1. Solution Architecture & Design
- Design end-to-end technical architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations, extensions, and integrations.
- Define integration strategy across Fusion modules and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
- Develop technical architecture documents (TADs), integration maps, and data flow diagrams.
- Ensure all customizations comply with Oracle Cloud best practices and security guidelines.
- Evaluate and recommend Oracle PaaS components (VBCS, OIC, ATP, ADW, etc.) for specific business requirements.
2. Technical Development & Delivery
- Oversee and participate in development of custom solutions (extensions, reports, interfaces, conversions, integrations, and workflows RICEW).
- Lead the design and development of BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and custom data models.
- Guide the development team in creating FBDI/ADFdi templates, data conversion strategies, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Implement Oracle Cloud security (roles, data access, user provisioning) aligned with organizational policies.
3. Integration & Data Management
- Architect integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and File-based integrations (FBDI).
- Develop real-time and batch integration solutions between Oracle Fusion ERP and legacy/third-party systems.
- Define master data management (MDM) and synchronization strategies for suppliers, customers, and items etc.
4. Governance, Standards & Performance
- Define and enforce technical standards, code quality, and performance optimization practices.
- Review and validate technical design documents, test cases, and deployment plans.
- Support Oracle quarterly updates assess impact, perform regression testing, and adapt technical solutions as needed.
- Manage environments, deployment pipelines, and migration processes using tools like Oracle Cloud Workbench and DevOps practices.
5. Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and integration specialists.
- Serve as the technical liaison with Oracle Support and coordinate issue resolution for escalated incidents.
Mandatory Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud ERP technical architecture and development.
- Core Oracle Fusion Skills
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects, and HCM).
- Expertise in RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS)
- BI Publisher, OTBI, and ADF frameworks
- FBDI, ADFdi for data uploads
- REST/SOAP Web Services
- SQL/PLSQL, JavaScript, Groovy scripting
- Architecture & Cloud
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture, networking, and identity management.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Terraform) for code deployment and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of cloud security, encryption, and role-based access controls.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead technical workshops and present architectural solutions to executive stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
- Worked on at least three end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations.
- Exposure to Oracle financials and procurement Cloud integrations.
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Prior experience in leading development teams.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate/Professional
- Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist
- Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Certification
