Job Title : Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Job Type : W2 / C2C

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Location : Henrico, Virginia

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 5-6 successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and HR processes.
• Proficient in HDL, BIP, and OTBI report development and support.
• Familiarity with HCM Extracts support.
• Strong understanding of module-specific security, workflows, and personalizations.
• Experience in streamlining Oracle HCM processes.

• Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:

  1. Core HR
  2. Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  3. Onboarding
  4. Learning Management
  5. HR Help Desk
  6. Digital Assistant

• Configure and manage:

  • Security
  • Approval Workflows
  • Data Loading (HDL HCM Data Loader)
  • Personalizations

• Develop and support:

  • BIP Reports
  • OTBI Reports

• Support HR teams in Talent Management modules, including:

  • Goals and Performance
  • Profile Management
  • Career Development & Succession Planning

• Provide support for HCM Extracts and related processes.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
