Oracle Hcm Cloud Payroll Otl Consultant Apply
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Payroll and OTL.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
- Functional Skills: Strong understanding of HR, Absence, OTL, and Payroll processes. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
- Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
