Hybrid Schedule: 3 days Onsite / 2 days Remote

Complete Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical candidate, not a functional consultant, to focus on coding and technical aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud. This is a great opportunity to work on a new Oracle HCM implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs): Create comprehensive BRDs for interfaces, reports, data conversions, and application extensions specific to Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
  • Design RICEW Objects: Design and document RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) objects and prepare the solution blueprint for project implementation.
  • Communicate Product Features: Conduct product familiarity sessions and provide technical training as required.
  • Data Conversion and Integration Experience: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud data conversions and integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), UCM, and MFT tools.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud technical skills, including data loading, integrations (inbound and outbound), extensions, report development (BIP, OTBI), fast formulas, approval workflows, and custom roles.
  • Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Report Development: Develop OTBI and BIP reports to meet business requirements.
  • Middleware Technologies: Knowledge of integration platforms (preferably OIC) and orchestration development.
  • Customization: Expertise in personalizing and customizing Oracle HCM application pages.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, ATP, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
  • Support and Optimization: Support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases, recommend enhancements, and optimize system performance.
  • Conversion Project Leadership: Lead on-premises to Oracle Fusion HCM conversion projects, ensuring smooth transitions and successful data migrations.
  • Data Loader Management: Manage HDL for data conversions and ensure accuracy in data migration to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Project Lifecycle Guidance: Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning through to go-live and post-production support.
  • End-User Support: Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Page Personalization: Customize pages using sandbox environments.
  • Testing and Training: Lead testing efforts, including test case preparation and user testing of technical components. Provide training on HCM technical components.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Support cutover activities and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise as a systems analyst developer, with at least three years supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Retirement).
  • Expertise in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects (including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition).
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience building OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports.
  • Experience training and mentoring teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL Programming.

Highly Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a proven track record as a technical lead consultant.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations and migrations.
  • Experience with HCM Cloud quarterly updates and their impact on business processes.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (preferred).
