Technology Lead Oracle HCM Cloud (Techno-Functional) - 67495

Pay Rate :$45 -$50/hr

We have an immediate need for a Technology Lead Oracle HCM Cloud based in Jacksonville, FL 32202, USA, with flexibility to work remotely. This role supports enterprise HCM initiatives and requires a senior techno-functional professional who can engage directly with business stakeholders while delivering hands-on technical solutions.

In this role, you will act as a lead for Oracle HCM Cloud delivery, owning client interactions, incident resolution, and enhancement work across core HCM processes. You will support and enhance modules including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC). The role involves designing and supporting BI Publisher reports with bursting, developing and troubleshooting HCM Extracts for inbound and outbound integrations, building and maintaining Fast Formulas, and working with data loads using HDL and HSDL. You will collaborate closely with business users and IT teams to ensure stable operations and continuous improvements within the Oracle HCM ecosystem used by CSX.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with deep hands-on experience in BI Publisher reporting, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and integrations. Solid knowledge of PL/SQL, including packages and procedures, along with experience working on ATP databases, is required. The role demands strong client management skills, the ability to handle incidents and enhancements efficiently, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
