Looking for an Oracle HCM H2R Developer with hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle from Hire to Retire.

• Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation)

• Build Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports

• Work on HDL/HSDL data loads

• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, OIC

• Configure security roles, approvals, and workflows

• Provide L2/L3 support and assist in testing

• Oracle Fusion HCM (H2R)

• Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher

• HDL/HSDL, REST APIs, SQL

• OIC & BPM (preferred)
