Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Lead to support a critical SAP to Oracle Cloud HCM migration. This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise along with strong functional knowledge across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and OTL. The consultant will work closely with business users, system integrators, and cross-functional teams throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform hands-on data conversions using FBDI, REST APIs, and Oracle Cloud HCM inbound interfaces
• Design and execute HCM data migration strategies for a large-scale SAP Oracle Cloud HCM migration
• Collaborate with HCM functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Design and develop HCM Extracts for outbound integrations and third-party vendors
• Develop and support custom reports using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP)
• Design, develop, and validate Fast Formulas across Payroll, Benefits, and OTL
• Provide technical and functional support during SIT, UAT, data validation, and production cutover
• Troubleshoot data load, integration, payroll, and reporting issues during migration
• Support post-migration stabilization and ongoing production support
• Coordinate with SAP, Oracle, and integration teams to ensure data accuracy and process continuity

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience with multiple Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or migrations
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • FBDI
  • Oracle HCM REST APIs
  • HCM Extracts
  • OTBI & BI Publisher
  • Fast Formulas
• Strong functional knowledge of:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Benefits
  • OTL
• Direct experience supporting SAP to Oracle Cloud HCM migrations
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with business users
