Job Description:
Must Have's:
- Oracle opera cloud - 5 years (1 yr of Cloud)
- Strong communication; Hands on with deliverables/ presentations etc. (Client facing role)
- OHIP nice to have
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud Lead Consultant to join our team.
- The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience implementing and configuring Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud, a cloud-based hotel management system, including migration of On-Premise hospitality solution to cloud.
- The Lead Consultant will lead project teams, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful system implementation and integration for our hospitality clients.
- Lead project teams and oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and provide solutions
- Conduct system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems
- Develop solutions for migrating solution from On-Premise to Oracle Cloud
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Provide training and support to clients and team members
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and industry trends
