We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead Developer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud services. This role involves leading a team of developers and engineers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that integration projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the business requirements.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) services.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
• Manage a team of developers and engineers, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to budget constraints.
• Develop and implement integration patterns, best practices, and scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans to guarantee quality before deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and operational procedures.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies related to integration solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience, focusing on integration solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) services and associated technologies such as REST, SOAP, and XML.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder and team interactions.
• Experience in cloud-based integration.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
