Job Title: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist / Coordinator
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Coordinator who will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and offshore resources. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills, ensuring seamless project execution across geographies.
- Liaise with business and stakeholders at the onsite location to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns in real-time.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
- Manage the project lifecycle end-to-end, including planning, tracking progress, and mitigating risks and delays.
- Handle both technical aspects and project management responsibilities to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and dependencies efficiently.
- Provide status reports and ensure that business expectations are met or exceeded.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in integration platforms, particularly Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience working on Oracle EBS projects, with an understanding of EBS modules and integrations.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, risk management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage business expectations and offshore teams effectively.
- Ability to identify and address issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
- Experience in working within distributed teams across onsite and offshore locations.Excellent communication skills
