Job Title: Oracle SaaS+IaaS admin - Technology Architect

Location: Job requires working from the client location St.Louis, MO or US Remote who are ready to travel on a need basis

Job Description:

As Oracle SaaS and IaaS, you will be responsible to perform below activities.

Key Responsibilities:

SaaS Administrator

• User lifecycle management (create, modify, delete) in Oracle Fusion ERP services
• Role assignment and access management for Fusion business users
• Patching cycle coordination with Oracle
• Instance refresh (from Cloud Console) and post-clone activities
• BIP report migration folder access management
• Monitoring, issue reporting, and resolution tracking of Oracle Fusion ERP scheduled processes (e.g. ESS jobs)
• Environment refresh monitoring as per ERP project implementation plan
• Coordination for training, SIT, UAT, and data migration environments
• Access management for Training and UAT environments
• Production support for ERP user accounts, Identity Federation, API authentication providers, and Single Sign-On
• Migration of configuration and development objects across environments
• Service request creation and coordination with Oracle for Fusion SaaS issues
• Strong understanding of RBAC and SOD

IaaS Administrator

• OCI tenancy management
• OCI object storage management
• Management of OCI components including network, storage, IAM, ATP, etc.
• Understanding of OCI native security and best practices
• Alarm and alert creation, and audit management
• OCI cost utilization monitoring and optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate
• At least 12 years of experience with Information Technology and three years of experience with Oracle SaaS and IaaS admin.
• 12+ years of experience as an Oracle SaaS and IaaS administrator with strong expertise in managing the Fusion application environment.
• Hands-on experience managing fusion application instance
• Expertise in managing OCI Landing Zone and corresponding resources.
• Solid understanding of Fusion instances and environment refresh schedule.
• Hands on experience on Fusion security, RBAC and SOD.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experienced 24x7 in PROD environments
• Good Analytical and Communication skills
• Must possess excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
