Job Title: Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with over 8 years of practical expertise in Oracle Applications (EBS R12), ERP business process analysis, solution design, and large-scale functional implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, and user support across multiple modules, including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Discrete Manufacturing, Shipping Execution, Planning, and Warehouse Management (WMS). This role requires strong functional proficiency in Oracle EBS, an in-depth understanding of business operations, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant (R12 and related technologies)
• Strong expertise in Oracle SCM modules (INV, WIP, BOM, OM, WMS, PO), with deep knowledge of business processes and best practices
• Proven experience in requirement analysis, solution design, gap analysis, and process mapping
• Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules
• Familiarity with RICEW components and ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
• Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and functional testing
• Strong understanding of integration points between Oracle EBS and third-party systems testing
• Experience with production support, incident management, and change management processes
• Proficiency in developing functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials

Required Skills:

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules (INV, WIP, BOM, OM, WMS, PO)
• Experience in process improvement and business analysis
• Experience with Oracle EBS configuration and functional testing
• Familiarity with Agile methodology (SAgile)
• Excellent documentation and user training skills
• Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) from a functional perspective
• Knowledge of Oracle Apex and ability to coordinate with technical teams for custom reporting or minor enhancements
• Understanding of REST/SOAP Webservice integration and ability to work with technical teams on integrations

Duration: 6 Months
