We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Functional Consultant to work in Pittsburgh, PA
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle SCP Cloud modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). They will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end planning processes such as Statistical Forecasting, Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), and Supply Network Planning (SNP). Proficiency in advanced techniques like constraint-based planning, capacity planning, and strategic network optimization is essential. The candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of Oracle SCP functionalities, including Inventory Optimization, Global Order Promising, and Collaborative Planning, and their application to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
In addition to strong functional expertise, the role requires proficiency in business analysis and technical integration. The consultant will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design solutions to meet complex supply chain challenges. They should have excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, create comprehensive documentation, and deliver user training. The role involves overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), managing change processes, and ensuring seamless post-implementation support. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging their Oracle SCP knowledge to drive process optimization and align solutions with organizational goals.
