Job Title: Job Order Fulfillment Associate
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite & Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time, 3 days on-site, remote virtual assistant (PA) support
Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders.
- Pick items from inventory according to order specifications.
- Securely pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Coordinate deliveries to UPS and USPS drop-off points.
- Track order status and provide customer updates.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns with excellent service.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean background with no felony convictions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
