At Swiftwick, we create socks that are designed, engineered, and built for athletic performance.

The order fulfillment associate helps create amazing customer experiences through accurate, timely fulfillment of customer orders.  

 Responsibilities Include: 

  • Pick, pack, and ship direct-to-consumer and wholesale orders
  • Restock picking locations as needed
  • Assist in receiving inbound shipments from vendors
  • Help maintain accurate inventory by performing cycle counts and inventory transactions as appropriate 
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow 
  • Perform routine quality inspections 
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and ladders in a safe and responsible manner
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
  • Be willing to cross-train with other departments to support business needs
  • The above represents the general responsibilities of the position. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be assigned as defined by the Business Supervisor

Requirements

  • High school diploma required. Associates degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a retail backroom, warehouse, or fulfillment center preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Be inquisitive and passionate about continually providing a better experience for our customers
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and be committed to producing accurate and high-quality work
  • Self-Starter
  • Team player
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solver
  • Take pride in your work and have personal accountability
  • Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
