WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Order Management Analyst who will be responsible for supporting customer and company requirements for order and/or account management based on account portfolios, entry and maintenance of purchase orders, chargeback processing, working with various departments to support order processes and support team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Order Management processing for accounts and related account procedures.
- Maintaining account portfolios for ordering, tracking, customer and company requirements.
- Chargeback processing
- Return processing
- Informing order status and support inquires for direct Account Customers.
- Process improvements/efficiencies.
- Support Team Members for order processing and account portfolios.
- Ad Hoc Reporting.
Required Experience and Education:
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related field - Masters is a plus.
- SAP experience is required.
- EDI experience.
